Subject: Need help to find 80s tune!!
Written By: technopop on 07/24/03 at 01:39 a.m.
Hi everyone! I need help to track down an obscure 1980s song, that I LOVE, but can't find anywhere! It is "Cry" which I think was done by Godley and Creme (SP?), circa 1984-1985.
It had a neat video that featured morphing faces that kept changing, similar to Michael Jackson's "Black/White" video from the 1990's, and was filmed in black and white.
Come to think of it, I would also love to find a neat song by Paul Young that had something to do with the lyric "Come back and stay for good this time." Any help in finding compilations with these tunes, esp. if they can be obtained online, would be greatly appreciated! They have to be out there somewhere!

Godley and Creme's "Cry" is on "VH1 More of The Big 80's" CD.
Unfortunately, I don't know any compilation CD that have Paul Young "Come Back and Stay" (correct title).
Both songs could be found at kazaa.

I know I have 'Come back and stay' by Paul Young from the album 'From time to time'. If you wish, I could copy it to the computer for Kazaa.
If you look for the user 'Rob@kazaa', you will see it there.
As for 'Cry' by Godley and Creme, that will be easy to find on Kazaa.
