Subject: Alphaville
I loved this 80's band
Big In Japan
Forever Young
Afternoons In Utopia
I liked their first two albums a lot
the rest? left me cold
i wish they would come out with a new record soon
i sent in some fan mail to become apart of their fan club...i got a reply like six years later after i moved to los angeles...weird...
they were cool and stylish in the 80's...

They are pretty good

I liked Alphaville as well. :) "Forever Young" is really such a haunting, beautiful song, if you listen carefully to the lyrics. I was thrilled to hear the song used recently in a Kia car commercial! It's great to know that they are still together and recording new material! :)

i look forward to their new album
but it seems like they are just repackaging old songs they didn't wanna release, demos, live stuff...
but how about just a new polished group of songs?
they just keep reissuing different versions and stuff
i am glad they are still making music, i just find is annoying is all
i wish they hadn't changed the album cover for the USA release of Salvation...i liked the other cover just fine...
