Subject: "Graaaavy" Commercial
Hey everyone....
Does anyone remember a commercial that was for some type of dog food or biscuits that had a clay-mation dog with a cape that kept yelling "GRAAAAVY"? I want to add that to the favorite commercial list if its not on there already.
A quick story....me and my friends were about 15 at the time and like many kids our age were hanging out in the park one night drinking some beers and smoking a little green stuff when one of my friends mentioned the commercial. The rest of the night we could not stop saying "GRAAAAVY". We were cracking up the entire night. We then decided that we HAD TO have some gravy! So at about 1 in the morning we left the park and walked about 2 miles down Queens Blvd. to a 24 hour diner, sat down at the table and proceeded to order three bowls of gravy. The waitress was quite amused. Of course after one spoonful we realized that we really did not need to have gravy, although one of my friends did manage to finish the whole bowl. Man, I miss those days. :)

;D Mikey, that story brings back alot of memories of the park and school yard here in Philly. Beers, greenery, among other things. No Graaaavy though. In 84 on my 18th birthday me and my friends had an acid party at my Moms house. Mom was out. She'd kill me if she knew this. Anyway, it was the first time I did that. Well, later in the night I wound up losing my freinds somewhere so I went up to the Mayfair diner and ordered a bunch a food. When the waitress returned all I could do was watch it as it moved all over my plate. Never did acid again. Let that be a lesson to you kids out there. Don't order food on acid.
