Subject: t-shirt things

Ok, I've completely blanked, and I've been arguing with my sister that the shirts that had the buttons at the crotch had a special name.  Didn't they?  Or am I being completely retarded.  A little off the subject, but have you noticed all of the off the shoulder shirts are coming back in style?  I think I'm just too protective/greedy, but I feel like its the preppy kids wearing them, and not the punks who deserve it.

I seem to recall that those were called "bodyshirts" or something like that.  Those were the one piece things that had the fasteners at the crotch, right?

I could never wear those - they were way too uncomfortable!

This one has come up before! In the U.K they are called a body and the classic accident was to have too much to drink and do the poppers up over your trousers !?!

Yes, they were body shirts in the U.S. In the 70s, Danskin made a killing with the ones that DIDN'T have the snaps at the crotch. They (the Danskin ones, were very popular in the 70s as well and I am wearing one in my high school grade picture. In the 80s, I actually cut myself on the snaps of one - very scarry situation, indeed.

The comment about putting it over one's trousers is LOL funny.
