Subject: Do you remember the name of this toy?????

Hello,
I am new here and I am trying for the life of me to remember the name of a toy that I had when I was a kid either in the 70's to early 80's. Here is what I can remember about the toy:
It was a plastic dump truck (battery powered) that ran on a plastic track and picked up metal balls at one end of the track, then it would go around the track doing different things and then drop the metal balls off at the other end and then head back to the beginning of the track and repeat the cycle. I think it was made by tomy, but I am not for sure on that. If anyone can help that would be great!!! A name ?? A picture?? anything. I would really like to track one down. ??? ??? :-/

Ya I remember that Hyper, but I think that you didnt describe it correctly, it was a motor housing that would switch covers (one cover would be a dump truck the next would be a front loader there was one other but I forgot) and the motor housing would run around and slip in and out of each covers as it did each job. There were different varieties of this concept. I think many different manufactures made them simular to the coaster types that started in the late 70s and continued thru the 90s

Holy cow! :o I had this toy and had totally forgotten about it. Unfortunately, I don't remember who made it, I must have been pretty little when I had it and I have not seen one since. If I find any info I will be sure to let you know!

1977 tomy big loader-ran until early 80's reissued last year at kay-bee toy stores for around the same price it was in 1977-they also issued a limited edition thomas the tank engine one-

i have over 1 gig of toy pics as well as descriptions- i am a die hard toy collector and i have helped many many people identify their toys-if anyone needs help just let me know! i also know alot about "geetars" too!!!!

Ok I have another on for you do you remember a spiderman toy.. well it was an action figure and you could make your own webs with this gell like substance and the spirderman action figure would slide down it??? Sorry I do not have more info on it.
