What happened to the ninja craze during the 90's? During the 80's we had awesome Sho Kosugi movies, Ninja Turtles, commericals, etc.. Was this a classic case of american nostalgia? A lot of "dojo's" serviced during this time, with a lot of americans claiming to learn from ancient japanese masters, but most of them were just flunkies who watched tapes by mail.
What about you? I am sure a lot of the guys dressed up as some kind of ninja for halloween. I know I did on a number of occassions.

I remember being obsessed with Ninja movies as a kid in the 80s. Especially Revenge of the Ninja, and Ninja III: The Domination. In fact, Revenge of the Ninja was my favorite movie as a kid.

Ah yes Ninjamania!! Ill confess I was a ninja for halloween one year. It all inspired me to get into martial arts for a while. But, I took Tae Kwon Do which is a very different style than Ninjitsu.
Oh yes, Sho Kosugi he was the man. Has anyone heard the whereabouts of Sho recently? He is certainly MIA. It was sure cool how he had about a thousand ways to assassinate the bad guys.
