Geography plays a role too in shaping our decades.. I was a kid in Boston,MA in the 80's..I liked Hoodsies (still around), riding the Orange Line "el", Willie Whistle from channel 38 (the clown who whistled), Bozo the Clown, Snippets (the green snake things who gave kids crafty ideas during cartoons in the 80s..more early-mid 80s), Snuffy The Talking Fire Engine, the WGBH/WGBX channel 2 and 44 sign on-off with the cool music and visual patterns...a lot more..if anyone else remembers these PLEASE tell me..my own parents think I made up the "snippets"
