Subject: Looking for an 80's song
Written By: Tina Marie on 03/22/03 at 11:57 p.m.
Hey everyone, thought someone may be able to help me here. :) I have been searching for a song forever! It was a love song or ballad from the last 80's to maybe early early 90's. I am pretty sure the song was called "Where are you now?" but I am not sure. Sound familiar? Once someone told me it was sung by Sherrif or Nazareth but I have no clue! If anyone can help me or has a copy of this song please email me! It is very special to me. :) Thanks so much!

Thanks for your replies!!! I Need to now is by Alias. :) Yup, been there, bought that! lol not the right one but close to the same time. :)
Here is my story with the song... I was about 11 years old and I was at a birthday dance for my first boyfriend....we were not talking much cause we were both shy and if got around to the end of his party before he actually got around to asking me to dance!! I know what a jerk, but as they were turning the lights back on and everyone was leaving he played one more song just for me and it was this one. :) I would LOVE to find it. It's starts like "all alone tonight, I'm calling out your name, somewhere deep inside this part of you remains......." Can anyone help me??

1. The song by Alias is titled "More Than Words Can Say", not "I Need You Now".
2. The song you're looking for, as previously stated by TV9, is indeed "Where Are You Now" by Jimmy Harnen with Synch (pronounced like "cinch"). It went to #10 in the U.S. in 1989.

That song is awesome!!! THANKS for bringing back a good memory!!! You see, in the late 80's, I was a metal head, about 13 or 14 and was just too cool to admit I liked this song or any other "love" ballad! WOW, this is beautiful!!!
