Subject: 80's Toy - What the heck was it called???

There was a toy we had in our neighborhood that was Big Wheel-ish in function, but NOT a Big Wheel. It was basically just a big bike seat really low to the ground with metal handlebars coming out from the front of it. You put your feet and hands on the handlebars and moved your hands back and forth to make it go - NO pedals! I have been trying to think of the name of this thing for weeks and it's making me crazy. Does anyone know what I'm talking about??? I think the name was pretty basic, like something N' Go or something N' Scoot, but I could be way off. PLEASE HELP fellow 80s kids!!
