"Goodwill" Stores and "Salvation Army" Stores are excellent places for cheap vinatge clothing. :) Also check-out "Yard" & "Garage" Sales.

Ahh thank you so much!! i know haha getting a look from the 80's is hard...i've been like searching online for certain styles and trends and i've only found a few things here and there... o_o...i dunno i guess i'm kind of going for a rocker look...kind of following in the motley crue way hahaha...but then again i wouldnt mind looking like madonna or cyndi lauper either..:P i'm a music based person and what type of music i listen to shows by the clothing i wear...i probably seem really stupid and seem like i havent a clue of the 80's...which is halfway true...its just hard to find allot of sites that love the 80's fashion and show and explain it..hehe and the only person that has realllllly been a big help is my mom...but i think...its been years since she's dressed this way and she might be forgetting alot :-[ so any advice or anything is much needed :)
if any of that makes sense hahaha sorry guys

Hair - too bad I can't scan all my yearbook pages!
Clothes - well, I'm no expert, but someone posted this site once http://www.vintagetrends.com/ which has alot of things. But they don't seem to make it real easy, such as calling out '80s clothes. There was another but as I recall there really wasn't much there, period. (I think this came from a guy who also posts here - can't recall his "name" - and is a '80s clothes fanatic.)
Depending on your exact taste/plan, you might want to check out new clothes by Facconable (featured in Nordstrom) - maybe there's a website. But they are very expensive. Nonetheless I swoon when I'm around their displays cuz it reminds me of my old Forenza (neon/pastel/stripes/etc) days! I swear they are trying to bring back the '80s! It is so non-90s!

For Spandex, try a sporting-goods store. I just saw some spandex pants at the local Sports Authority that could've come from the 80's.
