Subject: 80's Party - balloons???

HELP! I'm putting together an 80's themed b-day party. I already have some great ideas for decorations (thanks to this website) but, how were balloons set up at 80's parties? I want all my guest to think they stepped back into the 80's and I want to make sure all the decorations, including the balloons say "OH god - I'm back in the 80's"!!! Any suggestions??

I think Police Academy :) At the end of the movie they always had those celebrations, remember?
Or you could always put up 99 red balloons ;)

NICE idea with the 99 red balloons - that'll work!!! I don't remember the celebration scenes at the end of Policy Academy - now I'm gonna have to go watch the movie again!!
