Favorite punk song from the 80's, huh.  Not exactly easy for me, as I'm neither punk nor a child of the eighties, but for what it's worth:

"TV Party" - Black Flag
"White Girl" - X
"Institutionalized" - Suicidal Tendencies
"Too Drunk to F***" - Dead Kennedys
"Holiday in Cambodia" - Dead Kennedys
"Go Li'l Camaro Go" - The Ramones
"The KKK Took My Baby Away" - The Ramones
"Pink Turns to Blue" - Husker Du (only kinda punk there, so I don't know"
"Political Song for Michael Jackson to Sing" - The Minutemen
"I Want to Conquer the World" - Bad Religion
"Academy Fight Song" - Mission of Burma

Dead Milkmen
The Vandals

I saw Bad Brains open up for the Beastie Boys(it was in '95 though) and they were pretty cool although I've listened to the other two groups a lot more.

I saw Suicidal Tendencies open for Queensryche in the early 90's. I had no idea they'd started in the 80's. They didn't attract much of a crowd either. People came bursting in almost at the end of their show to pack-up into the stadium to watch and rock to Queensryche.
