Subject: An 80's Song - Help!
Written By: lulu on 02/09/03 at 09:17 p.m.
Hey all,
I need your guy's and girl's help on a song I just heard on Generation 80's radio.... some of the lyrics go like this (it was a new wave-ish song, pretty fast, ghostly, guy singer)...
"mama mama mama hold me tighter
mama mama mama i'm having nightmares
do you love me still?"
Maybe not quite in that order, but you guys are good at this!
Thanks,
Jules
PS: Anyone remember Telefrancais?

Your "mystery song" is "Nightmares" by A Flock of Seagulls; it was not a hit here in the U.S. It was off their 1983 album, Listen. Unfortunately, the album is long out-of-print, although it did come out on CD...

A Flock of Seagulls definitely had wicked music... ;D
Thanks so much for the help!
