There's a phony site that outrages people. It's called bonsai kitten. It's so well done people think it's real, and the outrage is pretty common. They find a "petition" protesting the site.
The petitions are phony, their only purpose is to harvest peoples names and e-mail addresses.

Online petitions are generally worthless anyways.. how easy is it to grab a disposable hotmail email account and flood a petition. I'm willing to be pretty easy.
