Subject: Question about a New Order video

In New Order's video for "Bizzare Love Triangle", about 2/3's of the way through they stop the music, and cut to a black and white seen with three people in a room. The girl says, "I don't believe in reincarnation because a refuse to thing that I may come back as a bug or a rabbit." The guy in the room then says, "Your a real up person". The camera then flashes to a third girl in the back of the room. I think the scene was made up for the video, but the quote seems familiar like it may have been in a movie. Does anyone know if that quote came from a movie?

From what I can find, the scene was filmed for the video, at the request of the video's director, New York artist Robert Longo. He also directed the 1995 sci-fi film Johnny Mnemonic.
I found this bit of information on that scene from a New Order site:
