Subject: Underoos
What Underoos did you have when you were a kid?
These were themed underwear sets usually based on a cartoon character that consisted of briefs/panties and a top.
I had "Shazam", a superhero also known as Captain Marvel. The colors were red and yellow and the t-shirt had a big yellow lightning bolt across the front.
I loved turning into Shazam at night. And when I grew out of those, I would cut up a t-shirt and turn into the Incredible Hulk.

I had GI Joes and Alf. I probably had more but I can't remember.

My cousin had some "Wonder Woman" ones that looked just like the outfit of the "Wonder Woman" in the cartoon and series! :o :) What a blast!
I was a little too old for them, unfortunately. :-[

Never had underoos, would have been taken in for questioning. ;D

Doesnt really have to do with Underoos. I never had any either. I just wanted to say I like your avatar. I LOVE Opus and Bill. I have a movie at home somewhere that is Opus and Bill's Christmas Special "A Wish For Wings That Work" :)

This also has nothing to do with Underoos, but I was just curious; is the Opus and Bill's Christmas Special typical kiddie fare, or is it true to the strip with the biting political satire "Bloom County" was known for?
I miss that strip, by the way.

Bloom County was one fo the best things about the '80's. What has Berke Breathed done since? That was smart and funny.
