Ok, for all my fellow hair band fans out there, anyone miss headbangers ball as bad as I do? I think when it went off the air >:(, I stopped watching MTV altogether. I saw a documentary on that show a while back on VH1, and thought how old I really must be.
Those truly were the days.

Yes. I remember MTV was sometimes my only exposure to heavy rock music (besides Hit Parader and Circus magazines) because the radio didn't catch on to that music until later in the 80s.
Ah...remember the days when Ozzy Osbourne was not a household name, at least not in polite company....

Headbangers ball was great. As for M.T.V. well, it was great and now it just plain blows. M.T.V. you suck!

Didn't get it in the U.K.(well not until satellite T.V happened) so I don't really know what I was missing.
