Subject: Experts only - Cocktail Sky?

There was a relatively popular new wave song called "Cocktail Sky" way back when. I am trying to find this song or any information about the song or band. I don't remember any lyrics from the song but I do remember it was an upbeat (or happy) song and used a lot of synthesizers.

Album:?
Year: 1981 or 1982
Video: I saw it played on MTV only once. All I remember is at the end of the video there were 4 or 5 guys jumping around outside in what looked to be a large dry lake bed with mountains in the background.
This one has stumped all the experts I could find so if anybody has any advice please let me know. Thanks.
Disclaimer: This is a memory from 20 years ago so some of it could be wrong.
