hello there, well i am trying to figure out the name of a set of toys that i believe came out in the 80's maybe the late 70's but they were around about the same time or shortly after transformers came out and i think just prior to micro machines. they were futuristic military vehicles of various sizes and alot were aircraft types or spaceship like. they had smaller vehicles and i think soldiers inside of them. they were fairly cool if i remember right. i have been racking my brain trying to remember what they were called and i need your help. i think they were produced for at least two years and there was alot of different ones. that is about all i can recall of them but if anyone finds that this rings a bell please let me know ???

hey guys, nope its not the micronauts or mask. i really don't remember the mironauts other than in marvel comics and as for mask i remember those pretty well myself..... they were cool.... i am trying to think of other clues but i am coming up blank. they were little futuristic military planes and tanks and all sorts of little vehicles inside of them..... i even tried looking for insiders but those come up with mircomachines..... i wish i could figure out what they are...... thanks for the help so far and maybe someone will be able to help

Could it possibly modeled after G. I. Joe? Those are the only soldier orientated toy i can think of.  ???  :-/

actually they are modeled more after micro machines since they are small like that. but the vehicles varied in size according to what they were supposed to be. small jet to large space ship. i am just not sure what they are like since they really didn't make alot of those types of toys since i think the small pieces would be bad for smaller kids. thanks everyone
