Hi, I remember hearing an 80s clothing gear called "cloakasack", sounds like "clo-ka-sack". If anyone knows remotley what this is please let me know, I think this was urban gear.

Is it like a pacamac?,ie a coat that folds up into a little bag so you can carry it round?

no, not a pacamac, but those are funny, that would be cool if pacamacs became trendy again
