Anyone know where i can find "Castle" from the mid 80's (if possible??!!!!!) You ran around a castle looking for jewels and such.

Sounds like an early arcade game. I think I remember a game that went by the name castle on the early Beeb's. Whether the same game, or a different game, with the same name, has circulated since... :-/

When I first heared the discription, I was thinking of a load runner clone.

it was for a compaq, i think. mid eighties. very limited graphics. not "crystal castles", though. just "castle". the object was to get a scepter or something. you went around picking up jewels and avoided bad guys. (i think... last time i played i was a kid)
any ideas?

I had this game, but I'm not sure if it was for Compaq or not. It was a game cartridge that was played on an old "computer-like" system that had a keyboard and plugged into your TV. You had to constantly type in commands and I remember it was really exciting when you were getting attacked because you had to type these commands in like 5000 mph to keep from dying. I think we got it probably around 1985-86?
