Good call, Hairspray...this is a great song.
I also like Karma Chameleon and Do You Really Want To Hurt Me

I once owned "Colour by Numbers" on LP and cassette…
I also like "Karma Chameleon" but "Church of the Poison Mind" is a pretty good song too…

My fave Culture Club songs would be "Time (Clock of the Heart)" and "Move Away". The Boy wrote some amazing lyrics and had such a beautiful and amazing voice! :)

The Crying Game is one of my favorites...I know it isn't an 80's song. Am I correct ???

You are correct, shannon! :) "The Crying Game" came out in 1992, from the film of the same name! :)

My Faves:
I'll Tumble 4 Ya
Move Away
The War Song
I also like Boy George's "Don't Take My Mind On A Trip." I think it came out in '89 or '90...don't have my 12" in front of me...

I was never a fan of them, but I liked Do You Really Want To Hurt Me and Karma Chameleon
Subject: Re: ~Any Culture Club fans?~
I was never a big enough fan to buy their albums, but I did enjoy listening to most of their hits.
Everytime I hear "I'll Tumble For Ya", I think of Adam Sandler in Billy Madison LOL.

'Victims' is a great song...don't remember that song getting airplay on American radio. I've heard it a few times listening to the Boy George and CC greatest hits CD, and am amazed it didn't get more airplay here (or maybe it did and I just missed it).
I also like "I'll Tumble 4 Ya", "It's A Miracle", "Miss Me Blind", "Church of the Poison Mind", "Time" and "Love is Love".

Big Culture Club fan here! I remember HBO aired a Culture Club concert in '82 (I think) and it made my mother a fan. I'd like to find a copy of that concert some time.
Subject: Re: ~Any Culture Club fans?~
Church of the poison mind is in my library as is No clause 28 by Boy George. But a fan not really today but more so than then.
Peace,
Loren

Culture club were excellent - My dad got me into them!
'Karma Chameleon' is one of the catchiest songs of the very early eighties. 'The War song' was great but the band didn't like it very much!
Has anyone heard Boy George's version of 'Everything I own' by Ken Boothe/Bread? Not bad at all - hated it initially though because I was brought up with the old song.
Cheers.

I love Boy George's voice and I think Culture Club is a talented band. I would have to say Time (Clock Of The Heart) and Victims are my favorites by them.
