Subject: Chicago 16-Great! Which Are Your Faves By Chicago?
I think Chicago 16 is great, though a bit underrated around here. It was a *"million-selling" album. I really like that album. "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" and "Love Me Tomorrow" are excellent, but I also like other songs on the album like "Follow me" and "What You're Missing".
I've always liked Chicago from the time they started out as Chicago Transit Authority, 1967.
*"Chicago is second only to the Beach Boys as the most successful American rock band of all time."
*"Chicago's popularity began to decline in the early '90s, as the group retired to the oldies circuit."
Now that's a shame.

I have always had a secret crush on Chicago music.
Colour My World...
Feeling Stronger Everyday...
When I was about 16, I was a waitress in a country club in Fla. One day I helped a man, and he signed his check ROBERT LAMM.
I almost fainted, I had just served lunch to the genius who wrote Colour My World!!! And so many more!!!
The sad part I guess was that none of the other people I worked with knew who he was. But WOW what a thrill for a 16 year old with a crush on Chicago music.

I'm happy for you, Trinity. I've never had the pleasure. Chicago's one of my favorite bands of all time. :)

Chicago 17 was the first chicago album I bought and will always remain my favorite. I like almost all their hit songs ( except "No Tell Lover" and a couple others from 79') so it would be hard to name favorites.

A great band! On the downside...I was very sad to hear about the death of Terry Kath at a party in 1976? on the upside, they did a song with the Beach Boys Wishing You Were Here and Peter Cetera has had some very nice solo songs. As for my favorite Chicago songs.....I would have to say in no particular order:
Colour My World
Saturday In The Park
Hard To Say I'm Sorry
ect, ect, ect~
