It also would have been my grandmothers 91st birthday. She turned 75 the day the Challenger exploded. Not a good day. :'(

It seems every generation has their tragedy of great impact and proportion. I too remember that day and the shock of it all. We shall never forget.

Unfortunately, the Challenger tragedy has been on the back burner since 9-11. But I think anniversaries that reminds us of bad events like these just make me depressed. :'( On a happier note, my dad's birthday is tomorrow, the first day of February. :)
