Subject: What was this song, and who was it by?

All I can remember is the video, and that it was a band similar to New Order or The Pet Shop Boys.
The video involved surreal people dressed in strange costumes, including some blue guy with a pointed head slapping another strange guy in time with the beat. I think I recall some guy with wheels instead of legs crawling around the floor too.

Right group, wrong song. If you looked at this thread and scroll down further, you'll know that the video was "True Faith".
