Subject: Who was that Male Pop Performer?
Written By: Cranky Franky on 05/04/15 at 9:51 pm
Who was that Male Pop Performer in the late '70s (early '80s?) that had a video where he was singing away, and had two girls dancing side by side next to him, dressed a little like cheer leaders, well sporty in short skirts and sport tops...at least that's the video we got in Australia....
It was a fairly 'poppy' song from memory.....I'm trying to think of his name, keep getting Rick Astley, but really don't think it was him, at least I can't find that video under his name...
Any clues?...

"Mickey" had cheerleaders featured in the pop video, but that was sung by a very much female Toni Basil.
