My favorite is "SOS". I am in awe of that song's arrangement.
A close second is "The Winner Takes It All," whose virtues become more widely appreciated when it took on show-stopper status in the play and movie versions of "Mama Mia!" Magnificent vocal performance by Agnetha.
"Waterloo," "Dancing Queen" and "Knowing Me, Knowing You" are also pop gems. Many other good songs from the group, although I do not put them in my personal pop Pantheon as I would these five.

'Waterloo' is a classic and I like the ballad 'One of us' too.
I love the song 'Gimme gimme gimme (a man after midnight)' but I try not to sing it out loud in public. ;D

I know it's the most generic choice, but I gotta go with Dancing Queen. Though I really like Gimme Gimme Gimme too.
