To me, looks like Raquel Welsh.

According to this website ( above) , it comes from Raquel's 1970 TV special, Raquel! Her space girl dance.

I don't know this wesbite so can't confirm, just what I found.

thanks.. I was just coming here to post that I found it... I knew it was Raquel but was searching imdb for the answer... I thought it was an ep from a tv show but apparently it's some lame assed video she did ;D

Welcome. My Youtube link seems not be be functioning properly. Just search in youtube for "Raquel space girl dance"
I myself have not seen this before. I might look at it again though ;)
