How old were you and what were doing at the time? I wasn't born yet but my older sister was born that year. My mom and dad were 25 and 23, my grandparents 51, 51, 47, and 41.

I too was 15 - a High School sophomore (first) then junior (September+) As I recall I took driver's education during that summer.

I know this is dating myself-but of course I do that from time to time and I'm sure EVERYONE can really figure out how old I really am-even if I hate to say it out loud. :D ;D ;D ;D

In 1975 I was in momma's belly.

I was 10.......playing superheros with my brother and friends. Wrestling (Bruno Sammartino) was big at the time. As well as comic books and collecting Famous Monsters Magazine. Sheesh......loved those days. Just moved into our first house. Mom was 25 and Dad was 28. Looking back at this point.....I'm 46 with 5 young ones of my own. Wish I would've started younger - lol! You need youthful strength to deal with kiddies these days!

I was 7 and we had just moved to Red Deer, Alberta. For some odd reason my dad chose there to move after 20 years in the RCAF. And I still live here lol. It had 30,000 people then and now is almost 100,000, so much has changed. some good some bad.

Here's a photo from around that time. Love the 11.95 for a hotel room sign and 5 channel color tv! Most of those buildings are long gone. Wish I had taken more photos growing up but you never think things will change so much when you are young.

I was 15, turning 16 in October. It was that year, when it was time for the back to school haircut, that I informed my mother that I needed more money because I was no longer going to go to our local barber. I was now going to a "hair stylist" to get that layered disco look.
