Sadly, Bon was pronounced dead in the same hospital where my gran breathed her last... :(

I went with 'Highway To Hell' from this list...
My all-time favorite AC/DC song is actually from the early-80's (after Bon Scott), and it's called 'Hell's Bells'... :)

My all-time favorite AC/DC song is actually from the early-80's (after Bon Scott), and it's called 'Hell's Bells'... :)

Yes, King's College Hospital, which was (and still is) one of the major hospitals in South London (where Bon was located at the time of his death...)
I can't quite remember for sure, but I don't think his death caused much of a stir at the time (apart from in the music papers)...the band were yet to make their stratospheric global breakthrough, but tragically, it happened without him... :(

He was gone too soon that's for sure :( He is still very much revered here at least...and deservedly so :)

The intro to Hell's Bells is one of the all-time greats - I like the song, but after the way it starts, with the bell & 'leccy guitar sound, the rest always seems to be a bit of an anticlimax.
Favourite DC song is probably "The Jack"

I love Hells Bells, too. My all time fave is For Those About To Rock. I love the intro and would love to have it for my ringtone if anyone knows where I could find it I would greatly appreciate it. :)

A little OT - I've found a bunch of downloads for your ringtone but do you have to pay money for them or something? I don't do ringtones, so's just wondering...
BTW, is there a way you can create your own ringtones from audio files..?

Usually you do have to pay. You can create your own ringtone, but I would need to figure that out. Since I would just want the guitar intro, I have a feeling I would have to create my own. All I have found is the chorus.
