Catch Phrases from 70's TV shows/ When you hear "Goodnight, John Boy", you automatically think of the Waltons.
Can you think of more catch phrases from 70's TV shows? Whatchu talkin' bout, Willis? ::)

Um, the A-Team, great show but beyond the 1970's scope.
By the by, is this just restricted to shows, as there were plenty of commercials that had popular "catch" phrases...
Like, "Who's behind those Foster Grants?" and "Does she or doesn't she" from Miss Clairol, deliberately double entendre notations, but still funny too.
Then theres:
“I can’t believe I ate the whole thing” (Alka Seltzer ad)
“It takes a licking ...” (Timex ad)
“We are two wild and crazy guys!” (Steve Martin and Dan Aykroyd as Czech playboys, “Saturday Night Live”)
“What you see is what you get!” (Geraldine, “The Flip Wilson Show”)
...just to name a few.

That phrase takes me back to when I was a kid pitching Pennies with a couple other kids. The one boy mentions watching Alice, the other kid had no idea what he was talking about. The first boy says "Haven't you seen Alice? She's the new girl in town...". Ok, so it might sound lame, but it's a memory, and I'm happy to have what few I've got left.
