I like the 'Theme From S.W.A.T.' by Rhythm Heritage, but there was an even better version.  In March of 1976, a Canadian group called the T.H.P. Orchestra hit #1 in Canada after only 5 weeks in the chart with a Disco version of it

As an Aussie singing this coming into Milwaukee  was priceless (1992) LAvernre and Shirley  - and the Odd couple does that qualify as 70's

so that wins, but there were good ones listed above
