Hello people, I vaguely remember a song going like this

"I'm no ordinary man, I've got an extra ordinary plan, I'm captain Nero your one and only super natural hero, Oh yes I am"

I too have been searching for this song- and I'm pretty sure its "Zero" not "nero"

But its not the Kinks as suggested there, its an Oz band and abt 1970.
