Subject: Led Zeppelin Stealing Songs - Urban Legend or Reality?

I love Led Zeppelin's music. Recently, I keep hearing gossip from people that the great Led Zeppelin had stolen alot of theiir songs from various artists such as:
Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You from Joan Baez
Lemon Song from Howlin' Wolf's "Killing Floor."
Since I Been Loving You from Moby Grape's "Never."
Stairway To Heaven from Spirit's "Taurus."
If this is true how come I have never heard of any lawsuits. Is this true or an urban legend?

If you know Stairway to Heaven, listen to "Taurus" by Spirit from 1968. The resemblence (of the guitars) is scary!!!!
