I thought about doing a poll for this thread but there are too many possibilites floating around in my head; I'll start by listing a favorite by each former Beatle:
John Lennon - Mind Games
Paul McCartney - Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey (not sure if his songs could be considered solo though, since this was actually one with his new group Wings)
George Harrison - What is Life?
Ringo Starr - Photograph

I was never a big fan of Beatles solo works. The only song I can say would be my favorite is:
The No No Song.....Ringo Starr

John
Instant Karma (We All Shine On) (1970)
Imagine (1971)
#9 Dream (1974)
Beautiful Boy (1980) -- I went ahead and threw in one from the '80s.
Paul
Live & Let Die (1973)
Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five (1974)
Take It Away (1982) -- I went ahead and threw in one from the '80s.
George
What Is Life (1971)
Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) (1973)
Crackerbox Palace (1977)
Ringo
It Don't Come Easy (1971)
Photograph (1974)
It looks like John is the winner with 4.

I just remembered another solo song by Ringo that I like called "Back off Bugaloo", which was rumored to be a dig at Paul.

I was basically a Paul fan, so while I did like some of the other solo Beatle works, my favorites would all come from Paul. Some of them would be:
Getting Closer (1979)
Cafe on the Left Bank (1978)
Magneto and Titanium Man (1975)
Let Me Roll It (where Paul did John better than John could), Picasso's Last Words (Drink To Me), Bluebird, Band on the Run (all 1973)

Macca is the only ex-Beatle to achieve a Bond Song.
