Subject: Pop Your Top Off Board Game ?

I hope someone here can help with this. Back in the early eighties, I remember playing a game that I'm pretty sure is from the '70s but maybe the late '60s. I'm pretty sure it was called Pop Your Top Off or something to that effect. I don't remember too much about the game except that it had a small, windup green parrot or bird of some kind. He had a little puff of red or orange hair that would shoot out of his head every now and then when you'd wind him up and he'd walk around. Any idea of what this game is really called or is it too obscure for anyone but me to remember ?
