Nashville is an amazing Robert Altman movie about the intersecting lives of 24 characters in 1975 Nashville, centering around a political rally for an alternative candidate and using the country music industry in Nashville as a metaphor for the malaise and confusion of the country in the Ford era. Essential...it made me get the '70s much more.

An incredible Film with an incredible cast.
Keith Carradine won the Academy Award for Best Song , for I'm Easy.Which He wrote and performed for the Film.
He actually toured small clubs after the Film.I saw Him & met Him.
