Naturally, I gotta go for my fellow Canadian Ian Thomas, but not cause he is Canadian.  He had many songs which I love 8)

I had to vote other. My favorite Ian of the 70's was Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull
followed closely by Ian Gillan of Deep purple and Ian Thomas.
