I always liked "Boogie Nights" the best! :)

This was a very tough choice, but I went with "The Groove Line"...followed by "Always And Forever" and "Boogie Nights"...great stuff! 8)

Up until recently, I would have shot straight for 'Boogie Nights'...
But, thanks to young Karen (^ - who actually made me listen to the song that little bit more), it's been overtaken by 'The Groove Line'...
But, in all honesty, most of their stuff is superb...

I bet you didn't know that this song was covered by Dutch band La Fleur in 1983... ::)

Yep! Crept very quickly into our charts in '83...then just as quickly disappeared!
I've not heard it, truth be told...but it'd have to go a long way to beat the original...

The Grooveline. I also like Happiness, Togetherness which I believe was not released as a single. I still love it though!

And I favor all three of 'em. Can't decide amongst them.

It's hard for me to pick just one. I will add, the group Heatwave created many excellent "album cuts", at least on their first two albums "Too Hot To Handle" and "Central Heating". For example, Mind Blowing Decisions on Central Heating is excellent. For anyone who's on the fence about whether to listen to their album cuts, I generally give them a big thumbs up. :)

Yes, they did have a number of singles in the 80's, but they weren't as popular as the band's early songs.
According to Wiki, they even recorded a cover of Roberta Flack's "Feel Like Makin' Love" in 1990.

In 1980 they had only a few hits that I knew "Gangsters Of The Groove" & "Posin Till Closin"
On The 1982 album I only know songs "Letting It Loose And "The Big Guns".
