I didn't do this as a poll, for fear of leaving some good ones out. What are your favouite Christmas songs of the 70's?
I like these ...
Wonderful Christmastime - Paul McCartney
I Believe in Father Christmas - Greg Lake
I Wish it Could Be Christmas Everyday - Wizzard
Merry Xmas Everybody - Slade

The '70s was probably the last decade with any decent Christmas songs.
This is all I like and could think of for now
Merry Christmas, Darling -- The Carpenters
This Christmas -- Donny Hathaway (I think this one is really from 1968, but may have been first released in 1970)
A Wonderful Christmas Time -- Paul McCartney & Wings (Christmas, 1979)
:)

As a rule, I hate Christmas songs, but I'll make four exceptions: one from the 60s, two from the 70s, and one from the 80s.
60s: Beach Boys, Little Saint Nick
70s: Elton John, Step Into Christmas and Ho Ho Ho (Who'd be a turkey at Christmas)
80s: Band Aid, Do they know it's Christmas. The 2004 remake wasn't a patch on the original.
