Subject: How many Spin offs of Happy Days and MASH were there????

Ive been trying to think of how many Spin offs of Happy Days and MASH there were...Im not sure, but I think there were more than I can remember, so can anyone else help me with this please?
Here are the ones I remember:
Trapper John MD (spin off from MASH)
Laverne and Shirley (from Happy Days)
Mork and Mindy (from Happy Days)
These are all I can remember...So, if there were more can someone please let me know...I think I remember a spin off from Happy Days focussing on Joanie and Chachi...But Im not sure.

There was a MASH spinoff called After Mash with Klinger, Col. Potter and Father Mulchahey. I don't think it lasted very long though. And Joanie Loves Chachi was a Happy Days spinoff. :)

MASH's Gary Burghoff had a 1 season show "W*A*L*T*E*R.
Happy Days: A Hannah Barbarra animated show: Fonz and the Happy Days Gang and another live action spinoff "Blankskys Beauties"

Don't forget that Happy Days was also a spin-off
from an episode on the show; Love American Style.
Ther was also, Joanie Loves Chachi
Blansky' Beauties
Out Of The Blue
and about 4 cartoon spin-offs

There was also the animated series Laverne and Shirley in the Army
