Subject: Does this song ring a bell?
Written By: ADH13 on 04/01/05 at 12:17 am
I'm not even sure if it's 70's.. just guessing because the radio station I heard it on usually plays 60's & 70's.. and it didn't sound too 60's..
I thought it was called "Believe How Much I Love You" but I couldn't find that on Google, so I think I have the name wrong.. it is a slow song, part English & part Spanish.
If anyone knows title/artist, I'd appreciate your help..

I wish I had a clue... I only caught part of it on the radio. I tried to remember lyrics but part of it was in Spanish (I don't speak spanish).. It was a really pretty slow song, sung by a male and it said "Please believe how much I love you" or "You must believe how much I love you" or something like that.. They'd do a verse in English then a verse in Spanish... unfortunately, that's all I can remember... ???

Ok.. tonight when I got in the car, I heard part of it on the radio again.. and this time I was a little smarter.. I pulled my cell phone out of my purse, called my voice mail, and held the phone up to the radio. :D
The English part goes something like this:
Believe me...when I say how...much I love you
Believe me...when I say how...much I care..
Forgive me...give me peace of mind
All I need is time...
To prove my love for you
and I'm assuming the Spanish part is similar... does that help? ???

A really quick way to get the title: CALL THE STATION YOU HEARD IT ON..NOW THAT YOU KNOW THEY KEEP PLAYING IT.. :-\\

That's my all time favorite!! I thought it was sung by Carlos Guzman back in the late 60s but I have never found that version. I have heard Rene and Rene sing it recently.
Lo Mucho Que Te Quiero Lyrics
Quisiera que supieras, vida ma
Lo mucho que te quiero y que te adoro
T vives en mi pensamiento
Y ahora me arrepiento si yo te hice llorar.
Yo nunca te hablo a ti con la mentira
Yo siempre te hablo a ti con la verdad
Quisiera que olvides el pasado
Que vuelvas a mi lado, que tengas compasin.
Believe me when I say how much I love you
Believe me when I say how much I care
Forgive me, give me piece of mind
All I need is time to prove my love for you.
Perdona si no supe demostrarte
Lo mucho que te quiero y que te adoro
Perdona lo que te he ofendido
Estaba confundido, te vengo a suplicar.
Believe me when I say how much I love you
Believe me when I say how much I care
Forgive me, give me piece of mind
All I need is time to prove my love for you.
