It's a 70s song and it was used on That 70s Show in one episode and i wanna know what it is but i only know the tune... it goes something like.. da-duh-da-duh-duh-da-da-duh-duh.. it'll probably be hard to understand what tune i'm trying to say but please try. Thank You

Like I said, I don't know too much about it. I heard it on That 70s Show and no one I know can think of it, but all i know is the tune and its hard to understand what i'm saying. Its like duh-duh/da-nuh/nuh-nuh/da-nuh-nuh. you have to sing it like that, stop for a bit after 2 words or whatever. I just don't know what its called, thats the only part of the song i know

I believe its the police or it could be this other song from the early 80s.. i believe its new wave.. dadadadada.. ;)

Just taking a guess....but maybe That's the Way I Like It by KC & The Sunshine Band? The song starts off with a little tune kinda like what you have.

Have you tried www.that70scentral.com ? It has a listing of all episodes of That 70s Show; maybe it will help you find the right one. That should narrow down your search...

If i have the tune right it kinda sounds like "brainstew" by Greenday...but that can't be it.

I'm new to this board but i have a couple of questions about your quest:
male or female vocal? single vocal or more than one singer?
guitar driven? mainly keyboards? (lotta that stuff in the 70's ya know?)
big sound or small combo type band?
if you heard the whole song, was it over 4 minutes or less?
just tryin to help...
