Klinger (new outfit each episode!), Trapper John, and Hawkeye! Hot Lips would've been fourth!

Toughie. Its one of my all time favourite shows and there wasnt a single character I disliked - even the traditional "pains" Frank and Charles.
But I voted for the three who gave me the most joy and most sadness over the years, Hawkeye, HotLips and Henry.

I have been trying to figure this one out and then I realized that I really like them all. All of them had debth, and not just two diminsional (well, Frank was and I think that is why he is my least favorite). Of course that can be atributed to the writing. So, once again, I would have to say "All of the above" (except Frank)

I chose Hawkeye, Henry and Radar....Trapper was next. Seems like everyone so far, including me, prefers the old "Funny" M*A*S*H as opposed to the later "Serious" one ;)

Hawkeye the way he played jockes on Fank. Radar his way to get things done. FATHER mULCAKEY HIS BOXING
