Subject: late 70's early 80's (disco)

Written By: arfurber on 08/13/04 at 10:02 pm

The song sounds like an Earth Wind & Fire or Jeffrey Osborne type of song.  It has a good beat.  All I know is:
"you don't know..what you do to me" and at the end of the song, he sings "forever in a day."  I thought that's what it was called, but I don't think it is.  Anyone able to help?  Thanks in advance.

I think the song you're referring to is "You're the One for Me" by D Train. That song got heavy rotation in my parents' house way back when.

James"D-Train"Williams had some good hits like You're The One for Me Move On and another hit in 1982.
