What are your favorite current 1970s radio/TV shows?

I moderate a brand new fans' website for my favorite radio show - Super Groovy 70's. It is a Syndicated weekly one hour show. It is EXCELLENT. It specializes in early-mid 70s pop/rock/soul music, but plays everything, including rarities, novelties, and one hit wonders. Artist biographies, TV/Movie themes, and trivia questions are frequent features. :)

For anyone else, the show airs at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturdays (12 noon Central, 11 am Mountain or 10 am Pacific Time).  It's a fantastic one-hour 1970's experience!  :)

I'm afraid the show airs only on Saturdays at 1PM.  The programming you'll hear at other times using the "listen live" link will be the host station's regular programming.  The host station is WFEM in Owego, NY.

Hmmmm.  With the newsletter being a Quarterly, the plan is to release one around Mar. 1, June 1, Sep. 1, and Dec. 1.  It's not in the plans to send it more often, for more than one reason.

But with enthusiastic responses like yours  ;D  I might have to consider putting together some kind of news "supplement" to send out before Dec. 1  ::)

Know what I think is amazing about That 70's Show?  I thought it would be a quick flash in the pan series.  But look how long it has endured.  If you remember, a "That 80's Show" came out about a year into the show - and went bye-bye.  The show's endurance is a testament to the quality of the show.  :)

I just signed up for your e-news letter. I doubt theshow will ever play where I live (Newcastle Australia)...But the news letter should be fun to read any way.

We have a great radio station here called KOFM (102.9). They are a greatest hits station which play the best of the 70's, 80's, 90's and today, and also some of the 60's. They have a show called Seventy Minutes Of The 70's every weeknight...and I always listen to it.
