I was a HUGE fan when I was around 11/12 years of age ;D

The Bay City Rollers. S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y night. That's the only tune I remember from them.

Aaaarrrgh!! The tartan terrors...!! Sadly, I had no escape from this lot years ago - my sister was a rabid Eric 'Lavatory Brush' Faulkner fan...saints preserve us...!!
I'll go for one of their early successes...
Other: 'Remember (Sha-La-La)'...oddly catchy in its own clodhopping way...

Hmmmm...let me think.
I'm drawing a blank on this group. I remember their songs, but don't recall one that stands out as memorable.

Oh dear. My mother was crackers on these back in the day. Still I liked 'Keep on Dancing'. It was simple and catchy. Followed by 'Give a little love'.
Just to add: Is it true that Bay City Rollers stuck a pin in a map of the USA to get their name? How bad is that!?! They could have been called Minnesota Rollers or the New York Rollers - Sounds like a basketball team to me. ;D

Yes, that is how they got their name. Can you imagine? I heard an interview with them when I was about 12 and remember them saying that. I wasn't really a fan, but I did like the Saturday Night song.

Last year I was in a leading high street store and the shop was playing the BCR's Greatest Hits, it sent a shiver back my spine.

Exactly, that documentary has been on telly several times and no ones ever found out. I reckon their manager Tam Paton was a dodgy git.

There was offshore banking involved, that is all I remember.
