I picked "Love You Inside and Out" but it's not that "Disco", so my second favorite is a toss up of "Jive Talkin'" or "You Should Be Dancin'" 8)

CF, jaytee, I'm with you both on this one.
The Bee Gees were honoured with a lifetime achievement award at the Brits (British Phonographic Instititute - sort of like a UK Grammies) a few years ago, they played a medley of their hits live and "You Should Be Dancing" brought the house down.

Jive Talkin'
A very popular early disco song - Summer, 1975.
Did you ever hear how they came up with the idea for that song? I heard, The Bee Gees were recording an album in Miami and everyday they had to cross a bridge to get to and from the recording studio. The sound the car made when crossing over the bridge (hitting its metal section separators) gave them the idea for the beat of the song.
Does anyone live in Miami and know what bridge they were referring to? And if you do, drive over it** and see if the sounds remind you of anything...
** you might need a big '70s gas guzzler to get the proper sound?? ;D
;)

Some of the Bee Gees' best work was prior to their Disco era. Listen to "Run To Him" and "How Do You Mend A Broken Heart".

You're right. Prior to Disco superstardom they already had many international hits, platinum selling albums, Best Of comps, and their own movie, "Cucumber Castle," which I've heard is terrible. Quite a different sound from disco, but they were not imitators in dsco, they were innovators.
For the poll I chose "Night Fever," I think it is the quintessential disco tune. "How Deep Is Your Love" was ubiquitous for about two years. It will always remind me of my '70s childhood.

"How Deep Is Your Love" is one of my all time favorites when it come to Bee Gees in the Disco era. But I really love all of their earlier stuff best! :)

Hmm...I don't see "Stayin' Alive" on the list (it was one of their biggest disco hits)...that would be one of my top picks, followed by "Tragedy" and "How Deep Is Your Love".

Wow, I don't know how I managed not to have replied to this thread before... I really must be losing it since the Bee Gees are my favorite group!!
Ok my favorites (in order, starting with my favorite):
How Deep Is Your Love
Love So Right
Too Much Heaven
How Can You Mend A Broken Heart
Tragedy
More Than A Woman
I must also add that I really like "I Just Want To Be Your Everything". It was originally recorded by Andy Gibb... but the Bee Gees have performed it as a tribute to Andy. :)
