I really love this band! They did so many good songs that it was hard to choose just one favorite. I finally went with "Fantasy" because I like how it changes so much throughout the song. 8)
My second favorite would be "Serpentine Fire". ;D

I went for Boogie Wonderland...it was deeply uncool to admit to liking Earth Wind & Fire at my school in 1978 but I loved this song.

From 1970-1987, EWF had 31 pop hits (plus a 32nd one in 1993), and from 1970-2005, they've had 46 R&B hits. That is quite an achievement :o
