Is there a way(Chucky)you can create an "edit" button, so that when we see we have made "a mistake" on a post we can(put in our password) go back and correct it?

I have seen this as a great help on other messageboards. At times a whole post can be ruined when a word is mis-typed.

Secondly, it would be real cool if you could add a place on the "post new message" box, that would enable us to put a "quote" under the picture, that could add some meaning to the PIC we choose. This is another cool thing I've seen in other messageboards.

I know what you're talking about, I *think* this messageboard software has that capacity, but I'm not sure.. I know when I was evaulating software packages way back when, several of them did.. I do sometimes see it abused (ie. someone starts a flame, goes back after several people read it, delete or change it, etc. etc)... but if the software supports it, I'll give it a try

if you're worried about people getting picky about typos, you can always preview the message first.. most people here aren't that anal about messages containing typos (the main site on the other hand.. man people are picky)

yeah, the link title is pretty useful for that.. unless you want a big monster quote to go with it.. I don't see too many people using the picture thing

Yes, an edit feature would nice.

But as far as the "quote" under the picture goes, you can sorta do that. Just type whatever you want your quote to be in the "Optional Link Title" box (up to 50 characters.) I'm not sure if you have to have a URL in the "Optional Link URL" box, but you could put something in there just to make sure it works.

OK, thanks for the info on the "quote" thing, I HOPE it will appear below the picture. Because the whole reason I want it, is to go along with the PIC.
